Richard Genera
President
Richard Genera is a born-and-raised El Pasoan and UTEP grad. He is active with several local organizations, serves as a Precinct Chair in the El Paso Democratic Party, and spends his free time with various hobbies and looking after his Dachsund, Dobby.
Jess Salgado-Ramos
Vice President
Jess Ramos is a proud Chicano Activist in our borderland. He was born in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua and like many El Pasoans, migrated to the United States as a very young child. Jess is a proud graduate of Northwest Early High School, and he is currently attending New Mexico State University (NMSU), where he is pursuing a degree in Political Science/Government.
He has been significantly involved in the Canutillo Community. He has served on the District Advisory committee, Just for Kids committee, Five Year Steering committee, and the Safety and Security committee. Jess has been a visual presence across our community of El Paso, where he's served on the Borderland Rainbow Center and Rotaract Club of West El Paso Board of Directors.
Georgianna Pisano Goetz
Secretary
Georgi is a new addition to the El Paso community, having moved to the borderland recently to work in immigration legal services.
Georgi graduated in 2020 from Washington & Lee University School of Law where she served as Secretary for the Student Bar Association. She has since worked in Baltimore, St. Croix, and now El Paso!
